Sounds like you didn't have a contract and didn't build the right thing. Contract law is pretty specific. You need PAPER and until the original PAPER changes, you are obligated to build what was in the contract.

T.F., you're fighting wind mills. I don't think those two or three that insist on finding you guilty beforehand will ever look back even at the PRs of that time: Finding a locale, getting approvals but finding it could not be done at location A, B, etc...
You won't even need good luck to win your case but with all the cash Amelot has, I guess the real winners will be the Lawyers on both side... (JMO of course...)
