Why does production in New Zealand enable earlier sales of products in Europe?

AgResearch is establishing the founder lines and will receive a royalty on sales. Isn't that exactly what GTCB usually does? Can AgResearch do it cheaper?

This PR seems to be telling half the story.

Just speculating, no inside info... According to Dr. Meade, GTC has already developed the "founders" for these Mabs. My guess is the first step is frozen sperm is flown to New Zealand, This will cut down the "ramp up" time and is the rationale for the agreement. So GTC's earlier actions re: these FOBs could pan out. Remember there are at least five more of these canidates all of which represent business opertunities for GTC... This could be fairly "Stylish"
