It's set up like that so people who don't want to know ahead of time what's in the video don't accidentally see it.

I guess you don't often go onto websites with movie reviews. A "spoiler" is a post that talks about things like how the movie ends, or key plot points or whatever.

So it's common courtesy on the net to write "SPOILER!!" and then to start the actual message further down the page so people who haven't seen the movie don't find out how it ends by accident; thus "spoiling" it for them.
