They were betting on the come and trying to get financing that never happened. The upgrades were at his direction and followed the changing biz model he was chasing money on. A 2MMGPY as originally contracted wouldn't make money and it grew. I was also offering to build it with my margin in the deals equity, essentially at cost to get it up. You have no idea of what really happened and look like an idiot supposing you do.
