Exactly, for example, he said that "Education" is important, and everyone should go to college, paraphrasing. However, many jobs are shipped overseas so, while it is good to have higher education, he is not providing future job growth -- well he did in alternative energy industry.
Anyway, our school system is inefficient and ineffective needing to go through major overhaul like financial system did.
I hope that he will succeed, but markets are fighting with him making things worse.
In my honest opinion, he has a great potential to do a good job.
