I've been thinking of canceling my membersip since the last price increase. The price increase may have others looking at other options that customize you TV viewing hours (TiVo, VOD) Barrier of entry may be manned by price and service here. Raising prices is lowering the barrier to entry. Thinking of shorting a nice bounce should we see one.
As you know, IMO the tech incumbents are increasingly facing competitive pressures...hence I prefer to be invested in smaller tech companies that might challenge the Goliaths...
Anyway, I have been looking at MSFT, ORCL, CSCO and IBM's chart...and while i'm not a chart expert...my first impression is that those stocks could see more downside in the weeks to come...and hence pressure the market...
