Hey Jen,

Hynix must pay the Compulsory License rates either negotiated with Rambus or decided by HJW on all covered production (SDRAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, GDDR, GDDR2, GDDR3, SGRAM sold in the US) even while awaiting a decision of any appeal. Not sure if it goes into escrow or is paid to Rambus. Think this is one of the issues to be decided.

Just my opinion.
