O hum, just another rmbs day ---UP 38 %
I BOUGHT THE APRIL 7 CALLS YESTERDAY,on the strength of the SC ruling not to hear the case. sold too early this am but had almost a double. Should have held.RMBS needs to settle Hynix. Maybe I should sell my Hyundai and buy rmbs stock ,just for the irony of it! Rocky

Hey Jen,

Short answer is within the next few weeks. Think HJW is conducting a conference call on this issue today, not sure.

He asked the parties to resolve the particulars of the compulsory license by last Friday, but extended the date until today at their request. If the parties cannot come to terms on the form of the compulsory license themselves, he will decide the terms. He wants time to issue the final Hynix Decision so it can be sent up to the CADC on appeal with the Delaware Case.

My recollection is the deadline for Rambus to appeal the DE decision is March 13.

Just my opinion.
