Hey Jen,

HJW disappoints again. Seems he lacks the courage of his convictions.

If he can't position the parties to a settlement with his remaining rulings, then the ball gets passed to Judge Kramer. Otherwise, it's a year or two as the CADC hears any appeal.

Hurry up and wait, as the idiom goes...

Just my opinion.
