Go to "Company info" and check out "market tier".

The reality here is, greys or pinks, it is trading and that means SEC didn't find anthing to halt trading (at least yet)or continue suspension.

You really haven't been paying attention. By law, the SEC cannot suspend for more than ten trading days.
