Hey Sulphur! here is what they put together today. Notice the two long steel channels going from front to back?
The quickest way to build a base is with 4 long pieces around the edge then fill in the inside with short cross pieces, unless you were planning on moving that base around with a forklift, using those channels for the forks.

If they put an upright on each corner, then that piece in the forefront with the circular shaped hole could be attached to the top of the uprights. Looks like that would be a good way to
move cylinders around.

CoreTec(TM) drilling riser buoyance modules, are cylinders
some other cylinders are accumulators, pressurized tanks, etc.
I need a cat's intuition on this one ;)
