"nobody in gov ever learns from their mistakes."

They're too busy stuffing their own pockets and gaining (buying) more political power for themselves (with our money) to care how their decisions impact the people, the country and the world. I doubt they define the term "mistakes" the same way you and I do.

It's immoral to dump all this debt on the next generation. Not to mention the inflation tax reduces the purchasing power of our fiat dollar with all the currency creation. Socialism and/or another Great Depression could be around the corner - I hope not.

I appreciate all your input on this board! I hope you signed the petition.

Wow this is unbelievable twilight zone news, very bad. Did any catch the War Room show on Fox News? It gives you the impression our gov't has lost control and is on the verge of collaps as we know it by 2014. We all should pray for a miricle. Don't want to scar anyone just food for thought.

A couple of years ago these "screw ups" were capitilists, entrepeneurs, "flip-this-house" celebrities, and people striving to live the american dream. Now they are just screw ups.

Say Rocket, lets group the people with too many credit cards in with the people who took out a mortage they could not afford. Now add overweight Americans to that group. Now add Americans that don't recycle and drive SUV's. How many Americans are going to be left that are not labeled screw ups by their brothers and sisters?

Bottomline is we have some bad habits that we need to work on!
