Right. So the only way to cover would be if the company (RCCH) sold the shares to cover. If the company did not sell shares to cover then somebody is screwed. If the company did sell shares to cover then the investors are screwed. Sounds reasonable to be. As an investor I am betting on the investors side of the equation.
