sam,obviously i am not jds.

but i wonder what mgmt could do, have done, is doing other
than repling to sec. guidance- we have responded to the sec.
so, what is that worth as the sec continues to put the
effect off and what could mgmt do to speed sec up if they
come up with another question?

the fact is the only guidance we want to hear is the reg
has taken effect. nothing else will do.

That's unfortunate for you Sam, Ron Smith has been and will be the driving force behind the sucess of DPDW and your investment.

Although we all have to have the proverbial scapegoat in our lives for everything that goes wrong, IMO you have chosen the wrong one.
