I think CTIC just came off of trading halt today--didn't look for what the company did to satisfy Italy.

There's always Genta, pushing $1B in deficit, trading for a penny with 2B+ shares outstanding, negative net cash and oblivious shareholders.

Vertex does amaze me. Another 10M shares, $320M raised. I have no idea how they do it. And I thought they said their burn rate was going down :)
