Well, OK. Then the next step for you is to find a reason for saying that paying someone to chase after a mouse is less desirable than paying someone unemployment compensation to stay home ? Because if that person was not chasing the mouse, he/she would be staying home watching TV and collecting unemployment, food stamps and medicaid.
