Its really hard to say.
You may be right, but we have no way of knowing until ACTC gets off the pinks and starts current reporting of things like O/S, and market cap.
Please understand that I am not saying this is a bad thing. I think this company (as most companies do right now) need some help in terms of cash from the market.
I do believe in the management here. I dont think that they are taking advantage at all. I think "if" they are issuing more shares, which might explain why we havent had the climb we all have been expecting. I think they would only do so if it was in the best interests of the long term of the company.
