I do not think anyone can reasonably call ACTC a "laggard" compared to any other Stem stock. Since the first of the year ACTC is up from .03 to as high as .29 and to today's .18/.20 range. Stem is up from $1.38 to as high as $3+ and down to today's $2.40+/-.

Which Stock has done better? Even today Stem is up only 16+% at this point. ACTC is up about 9%.

Anyone saying ACTC is lagging behind just is not looking at the numbers.
