ENCS and MODC have same address. Wondering if ENCS's Geothermal patents could be the technology licensed by MODC's Gen-H On-Demand Hydrogen Generator. Is Hydrogen Technology considered geothermal?

Today ENCS PR: The Company granted a worldwide license for its geothermal patents. Regular payments and commissions are due alongside regular reports on progress as follows: 2% of Net Sales, plus a Yearly Payment after a 2 year grace period of $20,000, $40,000 and $60,000 in years 1 through 3, respectively. The minimum payment per year after Year 3 is $100,000.

MODC:
OXFORD, MS -- Modern Technology Corporation (Pink Sheets: MODC) announced today the general availability of its Gen-H On-Demand Hydrogen Generator.

The Gen-H system delivers increased fuel economy between 10% and 50%, based on the vehicle and driving conditions. The on-demand hydrogen system insures reliable fuel creation without the hazard of hydrogen storage. The Gen-H system creates fuel from water and delivers pure hydrogen and oxygen directly to the vehicle's engine. The Gen-H system can be retrofitted to any year or make of vehicle, including large commercial trucks.

The Gen-H range of technologies enable water-as-fuel and hydrogen based fuel systems and related power generation technologies. Target markets include retrofitting internal combustion engines with proprietary hydrogen generator and fuel enhancement technology.

based on what was PR'd, MODC acquired ENCS and they're spinning it off by merging ENCS with another company called Bioconversions International

apparently they intend to do more acquisitions along the way
