thanks, so ONCP shareholders that converted by Dec. 31, 2008 can begin to convert their preferred shares back into common on March 31, 2009.

or did ONCP delay in sending the preferred certificates to the stockholders that decided to exchange, further delaying the reverse conversion procedure?
