Addendum: Scott Gottlieb ranks as one of Bush’s worst appointments, IMO. As the #2 person at the FDA during his brief second stint at the agency, Gottlieb could’ve been an impetus for positive change. Instead, all he did was stay long enough to pad his highly unimpressive résumé.
