I don't see that happening. I think Geithner's message is quite clear. He has proposed X amount of dollars from Treasury and the Fed to create a bad bank of the toxic assets.

And he is turning to the Vulture/capitalist/hedge funds for them to step up to the plate and take the crap off the banks' balance sheets.
