Well, you could do a search at the SEC site for "REGDEX". Not sure what you'd get, because the SEC's search engine is beyond awful.

Or you could catch up on what CMKX management did.

Newton can sell all the shares he wants on the open market. The larger point is that the Regdex does not support an argument for dilution. MO
