Sorry, my mistake on that point. Overall, I feel the management has not been forthcoming in their disclosure. They might have misled investors with their conference call on October 29, 2008 held by Dr. Zeb Horowitz and on October 31 proclaiming the BLA submission. They have been sitting on all this data prior to November 19 when forming the BLA Oversight Committee. All the while, they fired the CEO and CFO with no explanation. They tried to maintain an optimistic facade in public yet you can feel a sense of desperation that they know full well that their BLA for pegloticase will not pass muster with the FDA.
