FYI, he can legally put the NA on the website before he PRs it... Websites are considered "publicly available", unless an 8K is required.

Especially if its during a time when the market is closed and he PRs it the following trading day.

News today would prove that ... 1) We DO have the NA and Eric is ahead of the curve by not waiting until the last minute ... 2) Will allow some "momo" going into the race and what is supposed to be a pivotal event in WNBD's next step up .... 3) Moves us that much closer to "updates" in revenues promised and allows those waiting to make a move... imo ... Remember, IF the NA is disclosed AFTER today, we do NOT trade Monday in the US, but Frankfurt would have a "head's up" by being able to buy on Monday... Fair to US investors? ... Show me the NA today if we got it!!!
