When did they do a reverse split? Am I missing something here or are you not doing your homework on Magnum. Us longs here know the truth and the facts.

THat was a DIFFERENT COMPANY... MAGNUM IS NEW EVERYTHING, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT, and it has been 100% clarified by the company how the transaction took place... The only thing magnum has that is legitimately fR tOMhe old company is all its free whining shareholders that made bad investments with bad management with sunrise mining.

SUNRISE WAS TAKEN OVER AND SPLIT OUT OF THE COMPANY...

IF ANY OF YOU ARE AN OLD SHAREHOLDER THEN YOU ARE A FREE MDOR SHAREHOLDER EXPECTING MDOR TO MAKE UP YOUR BAD INVESTMENT DECISIONS TO BUY SUNRISE MINING.
