The Problem: States Under Seige Most Americans -
by simply reading the text -
understand the nature of the 10th Amendment.

It ensures that any powers not granted to the federal
government through the Constitution are reserved to
the states and the people.

However, through various expansions of federal authority,
the government in Washington, D.C., has impeded on
the powers reserved to the states and the people.

This significant transfer of powers from the individual
states to the national government came not through
revolution, but through ongoing and unchecked encroachments.

Now, this federal intrusion on state sovereignty
has reached a breaking point.
