ZGEN - Thank you, Dewophile.
So about $30mm of the 2008 $60mm of SGA is probably attributable to Recothrom ( based on the 2006 level of SGA, which was before Recothrom approached launch).
It represents a pretty hefty expense ratio on 2009 sales of $25mm+, and even on $75mm revs, which is by no means in the bag. I hope they're being rational about it, not zebra-ish. That's to say, that they have a good enough probability of reaching something like the $75mm level (US) and then being able to taper down S&M expense while maintaining revenues so that they can actually make some money.
At a possible annual net cash flow of $20mm (+/- 50%), would you pay more than $100mm for Recothrom right now?
What supports the rest of Zymo's $370mm mkt cap? Has anyone tried to put numbers around IFN-L value to Zymo if successful, and some kind of handicapping of its chances? Lots of guys here are HCV fans, so presumably you have the numbers at your fingertips? How about IL 21 and even to residuals on atacicept? tia!
