I agree. Sometimes I have to go back through old messages until I recognize one to realize that an apparently new poster is actually an old poster with a new alias. Listing previous aliases in their profile would help eliminate a lot of confusion. Why do people bother changing their aliases anyway? I always suspect it is to dissociate themselves from their previous bad behavior and confuse the enemies they have created thereby, but surely there are other reasons?
