I took my lumps on the bu$$ for now it seems that those in the "know" are not willing to support the bu$$ above $15. Went to sleep with SNDK. Not sure how smart that is since good reports, bad reports all earnings are sold, unless of course, it is a loss like JNPR (g).
What case are you referring about on Rmbs that happens Friday ?Judge Payne ruled against them the other day in favor of IFX on some item . Been out of touch, so I have not read much lately on them , but I do believe a favorable ruling is forthcoming on the their legal mess that could drive the price up so I can get out with a profit .
