This is so much BS I can hardly imagine it. Let's try this on for size. EXACTLY what does a person have to do to exchange their Buzz Technology shares for Buzz Inc shares? Who is the transfer agent for Buzz Inc Shares?

Mergers are not open ended things that take place over the course of several years at the shareholder's convenience. Either this is a merger/acquisition or it isn't. Either Buzz Inc is the operating company or Buzz Technologies is. One or the other... not both.

Where is a copy of the merger documents?

I'll give you the answers since the company won't be forthcoming with them.

1. There is no Buzz Inc as far as I can see.
2. There is no Transfer Agent handling the exchange of shares.
3. There are no merger documents
4. Despite numerous releases about this, the company has NEVER provided the slightest detail about when or how.

This is fraud, pure and simple.

gotta love the game being played by this company. There was never really going to be an IPO in 2008 as the memorandum was just a draft: "Buzz Inc as part of the process toward an IPO in Hong Kong released a draft Information Memorandum in 2008." ROFLMAO
how anyone can say this is a real company when they have yet to follow through on a single promise to investors and then change what they said previously is the rule rather than the exception for this company. nothing here to invest in except someone's pc that is acting as a server. what a joke. keep up the pump job. that is the only thing that will ever move this stock. that is, until the dump. same game, different day. jmo
