Yes, indeed - The FDA may see the results they wanted in reverse order, but either way, I think they will get the point.
Hats off to Stern for pushing forward with the protocol in Switzerland, and for his bold statements about making the stock NASDAQ material by year's end.
Honestly, I think there will be some more delays and bumps, but if OXBO ever hit $4 for NASDAQ acceptance, I think we'd all be much better off...:) IMO
I wouldn't be surprised if the FDA was banking on this. (Pure speculation on my part.) Let someone else take the risk of another "synthetic blood" fiasco. Then if things go well in Switzerland, then they'll swoop in and approve trials here and say, "Look as us and what a great and competent agency we are!" Man, do I sound bitter or what?! lol Go oxbo.
