Let's hope the OEC protects us from the low ball offer; but if that is not what you are asking... next week, it is expected that an offer will be presented -- the low ball offer by KPMG??? Then other companies will have the opportunity to bid higher. At least that is what everyone is hoping happens, IMHO.
