The need will depend on how many employees that have to be paid a salary and how much money this company will manage. If the next couple of quarters are excellent too I would guess that the need to dilute will soon be over. As you know SPZI had substantial costs and did not have any revenues.

are you not familiar with pinks and raising capital? They raise what they need to. Scam or not.

So, you got screwed before, so has everyone else. It's all about timing.

I am concentrating on the NOW, because that's all that matters here.

and RIGHT NOW, they are progressing and effectively, they are not a scam. They had great results this past month, and we will see if they do in the future. That's it... got other things to do/trade.
