fact is they ARE progressing, and they actually posted results - regardless of amount, its a start.

You don't know dilution is coming and you have no idea what their business plan is, what their needs are, and what their reserves are from previous fund raising.

ALL pinks dilute -- and they did. Should be no surprise. Did you actually buy into SPOOZ (and subsequently start posting here by default) thinking they were a Big Board -standard stock?

There could be nothing left, BUT YOU DON"T KNOW and you won't until they fill us in. Best case scenario is most of the answers to people's questions will be in their next PR
