Yes, I saw that 15 signed non-disclosure agreements and that was right out of the gate. I also read that 100+/- were solicited to bid so possibly more signed up after the initial rush. I heard that of the initial 15 that 2-3 were interested AND qualified. Theoretically that is all we need to get fair market value.
