The MM bluffed today.
The ask was at .03 for about 10 seconds and no one bit, so he reversed it quickly.
Dropped it on 1,500 shares when the buys were 200,000+ this morning and was up 75% on 1/2 days volume.

so.... its just matter of time and momo for this to perform.

Especially if those stats are remotely close.
