The Convertibles that ASFX entered into has created much more expense for the company. Your scenario regarding Net Profits as pointed out by Manti is complete speculation and IMO not even realistic due to historical data which does forecast future speculation.
The results of the lawsuits will determine if Thermofocus will even be a part of ASFX in the future. Stated again, the time for ASFX stock to move up is now before the inevitable massive dilution.
