He hired him so he could have a scapegoat for his first round of dilution, and apparently it worked.

I hope so. But this Jared guy really pissed me off last year, with all of his 'Christain' talk and fake promises. Not everybody 'held' their shares, and is doing well, now. Many people got scared, and sold at huge losses, as the pps plummeted at a record pace, after realizing that Jared lied through his teeth.
