IMO, any wrong doing worth reporting. We will hear some harsh word and new directions comming on this Monday from the new Administartion to the SEC reagrding the abuse on short selling and this kind of skims.

I'm sure that the Sec has rec'd a lot of complaints from share holders and non shareholders about GWGO/FFGO/HGLC over the last 3 to 4 years. And maybe the Sec has been watching them, but not for the reason or reasons most may think. Like you said;

"Just as I have said before, it goes on deaf ears though, and maybe for a good reason..""
