I believe they are re-activated. I also believe that only a few Market makers can trade, meaning L2 will show just 1 or two Market makers, as there is some "piggy back rule" But I cant remeber 100%.
Ill probably add some if given the opportunity low enough. triple zero's would be a nice place for me to average down (I think).. LOL

As far as I know nothing will change in the way the shares trade from the way they did before.
