Craps!, two months ago i was trying to let some people know,, many rebutted my claims... This was going to sit at cellar bottom for quite some time.. All the PR's was simply HGLC dumping the trillions on the market.. A thing like that will hold prices down for what seems an eternity. The A/S increase was not announced or discussed with anyone, until after it showed up on the pinksheets.. The truth was starting to peek its ugly face out then.. What you have been expereiencing is exactly what i have been saying... HGLC has been printing paper to cover divs, and pay bills, and transfer assets from hGLC to independence strategic, FFGO, and hurasu the new skyline resources... The whole thing is smoke and mirrors.. The hglc shares will be divided amongst other shells in order to sell and create the volume and the hype that goes along with it... Ya see now?? Lumb has just paid for the stock, to himself... no biggie right? Wrong, because of the influx of shares the "dumping" has held down what should have been at a higher PPS. My theories are sound, even when they sound crazy but sound nonetheless.. The companies involved in "cellar boxing" have a few ways to crawl out of the hole it creates..One. They announce a reverse split/ two. they announce buyback and or cancellation of shares to increase "undervalued stocks. Three. they use credit lines to buy and cancel shares and rename with new cusip and trading symbol to effectively kill any naked short positions. thus a fresh start...ANy of this sound familiar? The point is the shell game is busted up by some of our DD and he knows it.. When a good guy like Benny starts to see the darkside of the scam, it oughta raise a red flag big time.... The company is not as of yet defunct...but if promises are not met and met soon... alot of complaints to the SEC will at least get a nose poking at the actions that have yet to be as PR'd..My guess is assays have not stated good yet, and the continued drilling delays the assays, and gives false hope... Could just as well turn in a 5 gallon bucket of shoveled dirt to get same results from assays... Hence no web, no assays, no JV announcement, No buyback in progress, no gold. The whole hunt experience depends on that one word "GOLD" and unless they want to face criminal charges they have better find some.
Remember past companies records show it their.. If the new assays dont equal up....will is it fraud? they could claim millions and millions of ounces of gold, and never be responsible for that statement? NOpe that aint the way it works. Safe harbour does not give them the power to mislead or lie... They are in a pickle and have been drilling until the assays show enough gold to meet the hype they pushed.IMO
I hope you didnt load up on more as the more you buy the deeper in the hole you will go. IMO
