Altough we are still down significantly from last year, the good news is dollar volume is slowly creeping back into the OTCBB market month-over-month.

Not to mention there have been some hard runners in the penny market lately as you noted. If this continues to move in this direction, just a matter of time before we get our money flow when the traders want a new play with some fundamentals (albeit marginal) to give it substance IMO...
