That makes no sense.. Call your broker and ask for an explanation. 5k should make you the king of the bid and if it isn't showing I would complain or change brokers.

did you check to see if your order is still in place
after the uplist?
often brokers reset orders after "events" like that.

Also, make sure it is not an "all or nothing" order. Most of the time, the MM will just ignore those, unless someone throws up a huge sell -- and I think we are down to just the tiny sells with a few needing money to eat in this economy.

That is the miracle of the MTRE trading.. Happened to me too some weeks ago. I had an order in several points higher and a lot of shares were filled lower.. MM games imo
