Chad, the percentage (ok, parts per billion) ownership that our shares represent is independent of revocation. It is merely impossible to trade them.

Nonetheless, all we own is a share of the sinkhole into oblivion.

I hear what you're saying as far as the SEC is concerned. However I don't know what affect that has with the State of Nevada. It seems to be that the "shares" would still exist as registered with Nevada; but that the SEC has revoked their "trading rights" so to speak.

Where's a good lawyer when you need one. lol.
