This is true, but what did you think CVIC became public for? ALL the little overseas reverse merger companies look to dilute to raise money. Don't tell me you thought CVIC was an exception, with the types of people it is associated with.
A reverse merger will help us also because it is the ONLY way to get our PPS high enough to list on a major exchange, any time in the near future. Let's just hope that when the inevitable PIPE happens, they are smart enough to make it "out of the money".
I'm not crazy about prospective dilution either but it is part of the game with these young companies. Let's just hope they know when to stop.
