fff is well aware of what the potential is. The point he is making is that you can't take potential to the bank. Is asfx living up to its potential? That's the question that must be answered. Additionally, unless asfx starts paying a dividend, there is no reason to own the stock other than hoping that at some future date someone else will want to pay more for it than what you paid, whether that be another investor or an entity looking for an acquisition.
Waiting for the filing to at least form a base line for valuation.
