The latest information I have is that the financial statements through 2008 will be passed from the company's primary legal counsel to the company's SEC counsel tomorrow, and the SEC counsel will then incorporate them into the requisite filings and make them. After the filings are made, the time frame for trading could be as soon as 14 days, although that seems ambitious to me.
