Well, he stated it as if he knew they were "dry holes". Think about it, why would he make such statement? As far as the Vantillian visit to the oil field that is questionable.

I'm speculating, I have no more knowledge about the company than anyone else here. I provided IR for only a very brief period and during that period he had 3 wells. Some were working, others were not. He had weather delays, equipment break downs, I can only assume he simply ran out of money. However, again.. I DO NOT KNOW..
