Their status in Nevada is moot as far as trading the stock is concerned. The SEC trumped Nevada and their POS corp laws.

However while it sits in default status the shareholders are S.O.L. Now why would they cure the default??????

Hi Neal...As I see it...the SEC didn't revoke the articles of incorporation. Granted, you can't buy or sell the shares on an exchange but they still exist to do so privately.
New shares being offered, might cause a problem if they didn't have a pre-emptive clause.
